Selection Procedure
Every year, approximately 800 students take the VIII std selection test and approximately 700 students take the XI std selection test for admission to M Prakash Institute. 240 students in the VIII std and 40 students in the XI std grade are admitted to the institute. M Prakash Institute’s selection test is a difficult exam that assesses students’ prior knowledge and critical thinking abilities. Advanced geometry and trigonometry are required to score pretty high on the entrance exam. M Prakash selects students who have excelled academically and have demonstrated exceptional performance. Despite the fact that M Prakash Institute selects the best of the best students, it still produces sub par results.
Bakliwal Tutorials’ entrance exam is also difficult; it is on par with the JEE but takes a very different and unique approach. Vaibhav sir teaches a topic to students, and then a test is given based on that lecture. This test assesses students’ problem-solving and comprehension abilities. Students are admitted based on their performance. Based on their performance in the entrance examination, students are then chosen to enroll in various batches at Bakliwal Tutorials. Bakliwal Tutorials accepts average and below average students as well and produces the Best Results of Pune & Maharashtra.
Teaching Methodology
Bakliwal Tutorials is fully committed to preparing students for engineering competitive examinations such as JEE, BITSAT, MHT-CET, and others. M Prakash Institute is dedicated to helping students achieve the level of genius required for IMO. At M Prakash Institute, Maths takes precedence over PCM.
BT emphasizes conceptual understanding and problem-solving techniques across all subjects, preparing students for all competitive examinations. More than 90% of the teachers at Bakliwal Tutorials are IITians, with the remainder coming from well-known Indian universities and colleges.
Most crucially, M Prakash sir, the reason M Prakash was known for, no longer takes courses. He is no longer participating with the institute’s academics. The quality of teaching has declined after his departure since the current professors lack his experience and enthusiasm.
Results in JEE and other competitive examinations
Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) is a prestigious scholarship program funded by the Department of Science and Technology of the Government of India, aimed at encouraging students to take up research careers in the areas of basic sciences, engineering and medicine.
Many of the top colleges like IISER, IISC, IIT-Hyd etc select students through KVPY exam performance as well.
JEE Advanced 2022
Pratik Sahoo is the Maharashtra Topper securing an All India Rank of 7. With this Bakliwal Tutorials completed a hat-trick of producing Pune Rank 1 in JEE Advanced (2022, 2021 & 2020). Vedant Talegaonkar secured an AIR of 89. 8 of their students secured AIR within 500. 15 of their students secured AIR within 800.
On the other Hand, M Prakash produced All India rank of 114 & their second best was AIR 166. Only 4 students Secured AIR within 500.
JEE Main 2022
Amogh Bhagwat, from Bakliwal Tutorials secured Pune Rank 1 in JEE Main 2022 with an All India rank of 98. With this years results, Bakliwal has Secured PUNE RANK 1 for the third time consecutively.
Whereas for M Prakash Institute, we could not find any relevant Results for JEE Mains 2022.
KVPY 2021 & 2022
Like every year, Bakliwal Tutorials (BT) produced an outstanding result in KVPY 2022. Their student Vedant Talegaonkar secured Pune rank 1 in SX stream (12th std) with an All-India Rank of 22. So far, BT has produced a total of 35 selections with 13 of them being in top 500 and 27 of them being in top 1000 AIRs. In previous years, BT had produced AIR 1 (2020) and Pune rank 1 in both SA and SX streams in 2021 in KVPY. No Selection for M Prakash & has no relevant data on their Website.
